Thaden Armory, 23 September, 2006
|
I found Patrick Thaden originally on the web and noticed he only lived a few miles from me, so I gave him a call to see who he was. We agreed to visit each others shop and talk, so in the morning Patrick came down to Richardson to view my lay-out. In the afternoon we drove to Denton to see Patrick’s place of work. Patrick showed us some of his projects he currently was working on, which was a Italian style suit in 1050 carbon steel. This was very interesting to me because I only worked low carbon steel in the past. Patrick was a good host and we enjoyed the tour of his shop, if you have the opportunity to visit with him, it is worth the time. (Click on Patrick's armor mark above to visit his site) |
